LifeBot Matrix · With the records team
Keep received clinical records accessible.
LifeBot Matrix provides the workspace for received-record search and review, personnel presence, connection history and account or access administration.

What it does
Received-record review and administration.
- Find and review received patient records
- Work with the relevant account and access settings
- Review personnel presence and connection history
- Support the organisation’s records and administrative workflow
Saving is not the same as receiving
Link and Core users send selected record packages to Matrix. Records users then search and review the received information within their assigned access. Package receipt belongs to the records workflow; clinical handoff remains part of the care service.
Plan record custody and support
The customer defines who owns the record service, who can review or administer it, and how storage, retention, backup and support are managed. In Türkiye, AEGISCOP helps you set these responsibilities in line with your data-protection obligations.
