Security & data
Make security part of the system design.
A distributed medical service involves users, clinical information, workstations, network connections and records. We bring these into one deployment conversation with your clinical, IT and data-protection teams.
Design areas
Five areas, planned together.
Identity
Users, roles, accounts and access, defined around the tasks each person performs.
Endpoints
Windows host management, software maintenance and support, coordinated with your IT.
Networks
VPN services, route policies and network zones agreed with your network team.
Records
Where records are stored, who may access them, retention, backup and recovery.
Operations
Administration, change management and incident contacts with named owners.
Responsibility schedule
Assign protection to the teams that operate the service.
The result is a deployment responsibility schedule that clinical, records and technical teams can all use.
| Responsible team | Planning responsibility |
|---|---|
| Clinical service | Authorised users, consultation practice and appropriate information access |
| Customer IT / security | Host management, network zones, remote access and operational support |
| Records administration | Record custody, access, retention, backup and recovery arrangements |
| LifeBot integration / support | Agreed application configuration, installation scope and product support |
| Equipment / biomedical support | Device maintenance, approved accessories and service coordination |
| AEGISCOP | Local coordination in Türkiye: configuration workshops, delivery, familiarisation and support routing |
Hosting and records in Türkiye
You decide where the record lives.
Command and Matrix run as Windows applications on a local workstation or in a hosted virtual-machine arrangement. Storage location, retention, backup and access are customer decisions.
AEGISCOP helps you document these decisions in line with your obligations under Turkish data-protection law (KVKK) and your organisation’s own policies. We do not claim a certification on your behalf: the hosting arrangement and its controls are agreed and evidenced for each project.
Hospital interfaces: make the evidence explicit
| Source | A selected Link or Core encounter |
| Destination | The configured Matrix record service or a named hospital system |
| Payload | The selected encounter package |
| Identifiers | Patient, encounter and submission identity agreed in the interface design |
| Evidence | Local save, submission status and a separately locatable received record |
| Exceptions | Rejected, duplicate or unmatched records, each with a responsible owner |
Illustrative interface fields from the LifeBot interoperability brief. These are evaluation fields, not a tested interface claim. Hospital API connections are specified for each customer project.
Request a demo
Bring your IT and security team to the demo.
We walk through sign-in, shared information, record retention and support access in the proposed workflow, with the people who will manage them.
