The platform

The Medical Command Network: four roles, one care service.

LifeBot Inc. provides connected medical and field telemedicine systems organised as a Medical Command Network (MCN). The network links patient-side work, authorised remote clinical participation and received-record review through distinct product roles and a configuration defined for your service.

Why the complete encounter matters

Equipment and video are not the whole service.

A local team needs a useful clinical workspace. A remote clinician needs the relevant context. A records team needs to find the received encounter. The service also needs clear responsibilities for information, handoffs and support. LifeBot makes that operating model explicit.

Conceptual workflow, not an as-built design. Local completion, record receipt and clinical handover are distinct tasks.

Follow one representative encounter

From the first observation to the confirmed handover.

  1. 01Link · Core

    Establish patient-side context

The local team identifies the patient and encounter in Link or Core, uses the selected equipment and documents the required observations.

  2. 02Command

    Bring in remote expertise

The team requests authorised Command participation. Participants agree what to share and who records the discussion.

  3. 03Link · Core

    Complete local documentation

The team checks and saves the record. A local save describes local state; it does not prove submission or receipt.

  4. 04Matrix

    Confirm the received record

The selected package follows the configured path. The records user locates it in Matrix; rejected or unmatched records have a named owner.

  5. 05Care team

    Confirm clinical handover

The responsible professionals confirm transfer of care under the service’s procedure. Receipt of data alone does not transfer responsibility.

Link drops?

When remote participation is unavailable, applicable local documentation continues and the team uses its approved alternate-communication procedure. Network restoration, application reconnection and record reconciliation are confirmed separately.

Illustrative walkthrough for planning a service, based on the LifeBot Public Positioning Guide. Not a reported patient case or an operator procedure.

Keep responsibilities distinct

Three tasks that are easy to confuse.

The service must identify the person and the completion evidence for each.

Remote consultation

Supports the clinical conversation between the patient-side team and the remote clinician.

Record exchange

Delivers selected information for later review. Local save, submission and receipt are separate events.

Clinical handover

Transfers care responsibility under your organisation’s procedure. Data receipt alone does not transfer it.

Human-directed work. LifeBot coordination is human-directed and role-based. It does not imply autonomous diagnosis or treatment. Security & data explains how access, hosting and record custody are assigned.
