1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process

• Identity and contact data: name, organisation, role, email address and phone number.
• Request data: the type of demonstration or enquiry, setting, and any information you choose to include in the message field.
• Transaction security data: technical information such as IP address and time of submission, used to protect the form against misuse.
• Usage statistics (only with your permission): pages visited, time on site, contact and demo links clicked, approximate location (country/city), device and browser information and online identifiers (Google Analytics cookies).

Please do not include patient-identifying or health information in website forms.

3. Purposes of processing

• Responding to demonstration, evaluation, meeting and general enquiries;
• Arranging and following up demonstrations and meetings, including at events such as ICMM 2026;
• Maintaining the security of the website and its forms;
• With your permission, measuring and improving how the website is used.

4. Legal grounds and method of collection

Data is collected electronically through the forms on this website, by email and by WhatsApp when you contact us. It is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5/1), the necessity of processing for steps preceding a possible contract (Article 5/2-c), and our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (Article 5/2-f). Usage statistics rely solely on the explicit consent you give by choosing “Accept” in our cookie notice (Article 5/1).

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared with our hosting and email service providers to operate this website and deliver your message, and, where needed to answer your request, with LifeBot Inc. (USA) as the manufacturer of the systems we represent. If you allow usage statistics, this data is processed outside Türkiye by Google LLC (USA) and its affiliates, the provider of Google Analytics. Where providers or partners are located outside Türkiye, transfers are carried out in accordance with KVKK Article 9 and the applicable secondary legislation, relying on your explicit consent where required.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then for the periods required by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Google Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction, deletion or destruction, request notification of these actions to third parties, object to results arising exclusively from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

8. Cookies and Google Analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. To improve the site, Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are used only if you allow them in the cookie notice; if you do not, Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to Google. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off.

You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent deletes the related cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser.
